Jackson Women’s Health Organization penned by Justice Samuel Alito, the Court plans to not only uphold Mississippi’s 15-week ban but also overturn Roe and Planned Parenthood v. Casey—the two fundamental Supreme Court cases that create the foundation for abortion access nationwide.
