Sunoz “Sunny” Soroosh, is a charge nurse at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, working primarily in New York City. She is completing her clinical hours to become a nurse midwife and nurse practitioner at Frontier Nursing University. Sunny is the recipient of prestigious scholarships from the Nurse’s Educational Fund, the American Association of Birth Centers, Columbia University, and Frontier Nursing University. Sunny is a native of the San Francisco Bay Area, and her parents are from Iran. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi (Persian), and she is a certified Spanish interpreter.
