Kaytee Riek
Kaytee Riek is the Grassroots Organizer for Health GAP, a non-profit
advocacy organization that works on eliminating the barriers to access to
medicine for people living with HIV/AIDS in the developing world. She has
been a self-described activist for five years, working first with the
Student Global AIDS Campaign, followed by the Campaign to End AIDS, Housing
Works, and most recently, ACT UP Philadelphia, an organization led by people
living with HIV and allies and fighting for the rights of people living with
HIV in Philadelphia, the US and around the world. Currently as Grassroots
Organizer for Health GAP, Kaytee led a campaign to win commitments from each
of the Presidential candidates for a comprehensive plan to fight AIDS at
home and abroad. She currently lives in Philadelphia.
