Full Bill Text
HB 619 sought to add a Constitutional Amendment to state in the Montana Constitution that there is no right to abortion or public funding for abortion.
Montana’s Constitution currently protects the right to choose as a fundamental right. Any change to the Constitution would require a 2/3 vote of the entire legislature.
