Missouri ‘Right to Life Act’ (HB 14)

HB 14 states that it is the intent of the General Assembly to protect the life of all humans and require due process of law before the life of any human, born or unborn, is ended prior to natural death.
Similar to HB 709, which failed to pass during the 2017 regular session.
Similar to HB 1794, the “All Lives Matter Act,” which failed to pass in 2016.
This bill was introduced during the 2017 special session.
