Missouri Bill Banning Abortion (HB 1333)
This law was last updated on Dec 5, 2018
HB 1333 would prohibit anyone from performing or inducing an abortion unless it is necessary to save the life of the pregnant person. Any person who violates this provision would be guilty of a class B felony.
The bill repeals several sections of Missouri law allowing elective abortions.
The bill is contingent on the United States Supreme Court or an act of the United States Congress prohibiting abortion on demand.
