Full Bill Text
Under Missouri law, any physician performing or inducing an abortion who does not have clinical privileges at a hospital which offers obstetrical or gynecological care located within thirty miles of the location where the abortion is performed is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
STATUS
This bill was passed in 1986. (codified at Mo. Rev. Stat. § 188.080.)
