H 1389 would prohibit the state from expending tax dollars on any organization, or its affiliates, that is found to have participated in the sale of fetal body parts or unauthorized fetal experimentation.
Specifically, the bill would prohibit the state from expending tax dollars on any organization, or its affiliates, that is found to be in violation of Chapter 112, section 12J of the Massachusetts General Laws.
