Full Bill Text
SB 566 would prohibit an agency of the state from contracting with or making a grant to an entity that trains or supervises health-care providers to perform abortions.
Additionally, an appropriation to pay for a contract with or a grant made to an entity that trains or supervises health-care providers to perform abortions would be canceled.
If any contract or grant is made to an entity that performs abortions, trains or supervises health-care providers to perform abortions, or maintains or operates a facility where abortions are performed, the budget agency would need to make a determination that funds are not available, and terminate the contract or grant.
