Georgia Senate Resolution Recognizing Pregnancy Centers (SR 820)
This law was last updated on Jun 28, 2016
SR 820 would recognize crisis pregnancy centers for their “unique and positive contributions to the individual lives of women, men, and babies — both born and unborn.”
The resolution encourages Congress and other federal and state agencies to grant pregnancy resource centers assistance for pregnancy support services. The resolution further disapproves of any action that attempts to prevent pregnancy resource centers from providing services.
Similar to HR 1306, which passed in the House.
