Regina Quattrochi
Regina Quattrochi is the Chief Executive Officer of Bailey House, the first supportive housing agency in the country for people living with HIV/AIDS. Her work and advocacy have helped establish the link between homelessness and HIV incidence and the need for stable housing for access to healthcare and improved health outcomes. In shifting the way policy makers view HIV incidence and prevention, she has created a new paradigm in the public discourse around addressing these epidemics.
Ms. Quattrochi has been involved in the creation of a number of advocacy organizations committed to the establishment of a continuum of housing options for homeless people living with HIV/AIDS. She is a former President and current board member of the National AIDS Housing Coalition and was an adjunct professor at New York University’s School of Public Administration for a decade. She is also a founding member of the 30 for 30 Campaign, an advocacy group dedicated to ensuring that the unique needs of women living with and affected by HIV, including transgender women, are addressed in the national HIV response.
