Cristina Aguilar is the Executive Director for Colorado Organization for Latina Opportunity and Reproductive Rights (COLORlatina.org). Originally from the border town of El Paso, Texas, Cristina is a longtime Colorado resident who is passionate about building bridges between diverse groups and committed to working towards achieving Reproductive Justice through youth leadership development and civic engagement. She co-founded the People of Color Caucus for One Colorado, the state’s premier LGBT advocacy organization and sits on their Political Action Committee. She is a mayoral appointee to the Mayor of Denver’s LGBT Commission, was twice elected as Vice-Chair, and currently serves as Public Policy Chair.
