Lindsay Menard-Freeman
Lindsay Menard-Freeman is the Advocacy & Communications Manager at Women Deliver, a global advocacy organization working to reduce maternal mortality and achieve universal access to reproductive health. Before joining Women Deliver and after nearly a decade as a youth activist and advocate for sexual and reproductive health and rights, Lindsay served for over three years as Program Coordinator for the Global Youth Coalition on HIV/AIDS (GYCA). During this time at GYCA, she helped to facilitate youth advocacy and capacity-building in several international health and rights spaces, including UN High Level Meetings, International AIDS Conferences (Vienna 2010 and Washington, DC 2012), the Mali Youth Summit, the Commission on the Status of Women and others. Her academic background is in human rights, feminist philosophy, and sexual and reproductive health, with a specific focus on abortion rights.
