In addition to being the founding director of Jane’s DUE PROCESS, Philip is a former regional director of the ACLU of Texas, director of legal advocacy at the Texas Advocacy Project, as well as interim executive director of the National Coalition of Abortion Providers and its sister organizations, the Abortion Conversation Project and the Abortion Care Network. She currently serves on the board of directors of the DC Abortion Fund and the advisory committee of Lilith: A Fund for Reproductive Equity. Philip is pursuing her M.S. in Women’s Studies at Towson University.
