From the city of Lubbock, Texas, declaring itself a “sanctuary city for the unborn” to an Arkansas law that will require rape victims seeking an abortion to first report the rape to law enforcement, there’s been no shortage of awful anti-choice legislation—and cringeworthy quotes from anti-choice lawmakers.
