Responding to an editorial, one man writes that he has been around “many years” and knows that no woman was ever put in jail over “subjecting herself to an abortion,” and that it will “never happen.”

He should tell that to Jennie McCormack.  McCormack, who caused her own miscarriage after purchasing drugs off the internet, is expected to find out today whether or not the case against her will be dismissed.  Otherwise, the mother of two will be facing five years in prison.
