With the help of a supportive core of reproductive and sexual health advocacy organizations, Rewire launched almost eighteen months ago as a small blog. Our staff wrote short posts covering current reproductive rights news; we published commentary from key leaders in the movement including Bill Smith from SIECUS, James Wagoner from Advocates for Youth, Sharon Camp from the Guttmacher Institute and Frances Kissling, then from Catholics for a Free Choice. We even managed to include some original video in the mix!

We've expanded over the last year to include many exciting features — our Breaking News section that highlights up-to-the-minute breaking news stories; our short RealTime posts that bring you current reproductive and sexual health news; TV Reality, which showcases video footage from around the web-o-sphere; RealityCast, our original podcast with host Amanda Marcotte; and Global Perspectives, featuring writers from around the world who, by sharing their unique analysis and commentary on sexual and reproductive health issues in their own countries, bring us all closer together. And we want to know what you want us to bring you next!
