Full Bill Text
HB 3052 would prohibit state funding of abortion. Under this bill, any money received, controlled or transferred from the state would be prohibited from being used for any abortion or for health benefits coverage that includes coverage of abortions.
The bill would not apply to abortions performed due to rape or incest (which would need to be reported to law enforcement) or to save the life of the pregnant patient.
