Full Bill Text
HJR 111 would propose an amendment to the Constitution of West Virginia to prohibit state funds from being used to pay for abortions, except when the procedure is necessary to save the life of the pregnant person.
If passed, the proposal would be submitted to the voters of the state at the next general election in 2018.
