Full Bill Text
SB 6443 would require the human rights commission to repeal rule WAC 162-32-060, which currently allows trans people to use bathrooms based on their gender identity or gender expression.
The bill further prohibits the human rights commission from thereafter initiating any rule-making procedure that involves the subject of gender segregated facilities.
