Full Bill Text
HB 1560 would have amended Virginia’s informed consent law (Va. Code § 18.2-76), to repeal the forced ultrasound requirement.
The bill also would have removed the requirement that a patient be provided a list of public and private agencies that provide ultrasound imaging for free.
