Full Bill Text
HB 2264 would prohibit the health department from entering into a contract with, or make a grant to, any entity that performs abortions that are not federally qualified abortions or maintains or operates a facility where non-federally qualified abortions are performed.
This would not apply to hospitals.
The Attorney General would have authority to bring an action in law or equity to enforce the provisions of this law.

Similar to HB 1090, which was passed in 2016, but ultimately vetoed by the Governor.
