Medication AbortionFull Bill Text
HB 141 would require specified medical personnel to inform a patient seeking an abortion of the possibility that a medication-induced abortion may be able to be reversed.
The bill would also require the Department of Health to include in its published, printed materials an explanation that medication-induced abortions may be able to be reversed.
The bill does not offer any scientific evidence to support such a claim and does not attempt to explain exactly how medication-induced abortions may be reversed.
