HB 2510 would set standards for bureaucratic operations at the Department of Health and Human Services.
Rep. Matt Shaefer (R-Tyler) proposed an amendment to this bill that would require that the minimum standards governing abortion facilities under section 245.010 include standards that prohibit performance of an abortion at that facility on the basis that a fetus has a severe and irreversible abnormality.
