Full Bill Text
HB 3205 would make it a felony offense for a person to knowingly deliver or attempt to deliver a drug or device intended to be used to induce an unlawful abortion.
This would not apply if the actor was the actual pregnant person on whom the drug or device was intended to be used.
The bill would prohibit a physician or an applicant for a license to practice medicine from delivering or attempting to deliver a drug or device for an unlawful abortion. A physician who violates this provision could lose their license.
