Full Bill Text
HB 888 would require students in public schools and public institutions of higher education to use restrooms and locker rooms that are assigned to persons of the same sex as indicated on the students’ original birth certificates.
STATUS
Companion bill to SB 771.
Similar to HB 2414/SB 2387, which failed to pass in 2016.
