Full Bill Text
H 3150 would allow any individual or entity to refuse to provide goods or services for same-sex couples.
The bill would prohibit the state from imposing any civil or criminal penalties against an individual or entity if they refuse to provide goods or services in connection with “a marriage of two individuals of like gender.”
