HB 565 would amend sentencing guidelines to make any person convicted of murder of the third degree or third degree murder of an “unborn child” who has previously been convicted at any time of murder, voluntary manslaughter, or the murder of an “unborn child” under 18. Pa.C.S. § 2604 or voluntary manslaughter of an “unborn child,” face mandatory life imprisonment.

Similar to HB 203, which would sentence a person convicted of murder in the first degree of an “unborn child” to life imprisonment.
Identical to HB 1125, which failed to pass in 2017.
