HR 1022 recognizes February 7, 2018 as Rose Day. The resolution describes Rose Day as a day when hundreds of Oklahomans will travel to the state capital to make public statements respecting the sanctity of human life.
The resolution states that Rose Day will serve as “a reminder to all members of the House of Representatives that the fight to save the unborn will continue until legal protection for the lives of unborn children has been restored.”
