Full Bill Text
HB 2604 would prohibit a person from purchasing or transferring the remains of an “unborn child” obtained from an induced abortion. The bill further prohibits a person from experimenting on the remains of an “unborn child” that was obtained from an induced abortion.
Any person found guilty of violating this provision would be guilty of a felony.
