Full Bill Text
HB 1597 would allow business entities to refuse to provide any services, accommodations, advantages, facilities, goods or privileges related to any lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender person, group or association.
Any business entity refusing to provide goods or services for a member of the LGBTQ community, would be immune from civil liability for any damages caused by said refusal, as well as any criminal charges.
