SR 41 is a senate resolution urging the United States Congress to enact a “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act” as expeditiously as possible.
The resolution falsely claims:
Without special protection for infants born alive after an abortion provided in law, these infants are exposed to serious injury or harm and possible death.
The “Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act” imposes criminal penalties on an individual who fails to provide medical care to an infant born alive during an abortion procedure, or who intentionally kills or attempts to kill an infant who survives an attempted abortion.
