The bill protects businesses from civil or criminal liability and claims that the exercise of rights in this provision is not an act of discrimination.
The bill defines “ceremony” to include any activity relating to participation in creating a marriage union between two persons of the same sex.
The bill defines “participation” to include the provision of goods and services.
