Full Bill Text
SB 2107 seeks to expand on the state’s anti-human trafficking efforts by way of the Uniform Act on Prevention of and Remedies for Human Trafficking. The bill would increase penalties for traffickers and provide victims with legal protections.
Included in SB 2107 is a gag amendment that would prohibit state funds from being used to refer for or counsel victims of human trafficking in favor of abortion.
