North Dakota Bill Prohibiting Coerced Abortions (SB 2275)

SB 2275 would prohibit forcing or a coercing a victim of human trafficking to obtain an abortion.
If a trier of fact finds that a defendant forced or coerced a victim of human trafficking to obtain an abortion, the court may sentence that defendant to an extra five years in prison.
