Full Bill Text
S 7726 would require the commissioner of the Department of Health to undertake periodic inspections of abortion clinics.
Under S 7726, the commissioner would be required to establish standards for cleanliness, hygiene and safety, with inspections occurring at least every two years. The commissioner would be expected to create and deliver a biennial report indicating the results of all the individual inspections to the Assembly, the Senate and the Governor.
