LB 452 would have amended a section of the Medical Assistance Act to require a waiver to provide coverage for family planning services.
The bill would have required Nebraska to expand its Medicaid and Medicare services for the purpose of providing medical assistance for family planning services for persons whose family’s earned income is at or below one hundred eighty-five percent of the federal poverty level.
