Full Bill Text
HB 797 would require all public restrooms to be designated as gender-divided restrooms, unless the public restroom is single occupancy. All political subdivisions, businesses, buildings, and facilities in the state would be prohibited from enacting ordinances or policies in conflict with this provision.

Identical to HB 1755 (2018), HB 202 (2017) and HB 1847 (2016), both of which failed to pass.
