Full Bill Text
HB 1339 would prohibit state revenues from being appropriated to or expended upon any entity that adopts or implements any project, program, or policy that creates or attempts to create a gender-neutral environment in a previously gender-divided environment.
This law would not apply to any environment in which any federal or state court order requires a gender-neutral environment.
