Missouri Bill Banning Abortion (HB 1751)
This law was last updated on Dec 5, 2018
HB 1751 would repeal current law regulating abortion and prohibit a person from performing, procuring, or attempting to perform an abortion, without exception.
Any person who violates this provision would be guilty of the offense of murder in the first degree.
The bill does not provide any protections for the pregnant individual.
Similar to HB 1177, which failed to pass during the 2017 legislative session.
