HF 2462 would allow any person, organization, or entity to refuse to provide a service, or refuse to allow the use of property or facilities for any activity that is prohibited by or is against the person’s, organization’s, or entity’s sincerely held religious beliefs.
If passed, the vague language of the bill may allow individuals to discriminate against members of the LGBTQ community.
