The bill defines a person’s “sex” as biological. The bill states that “nontraditional identity” or “sexual orientation” may not override another person’s right of privacy based on biological sex.
The bill would require places of public accommodation to reserve restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms for individuals based on their biological sex.
The bill would prohibit public schools and universities from allowing access to restrooms, locker rooms, and dressing rooms to students except on the basis of biological sex.
