Full Bill Text
SF 2366 would amend abortion data reporting requirements (section 145.4131) to account for abortions performed via telemedicine. This bill would require the abortion data and reporting form to now include if the abortion was performed via telemedicine, the facility code for the patient and the facility code for the physician.
