HB 4830 would amend Michigan’s criminal code by including sentencing guidelines for those that coerce a female to have an abortion against her will.
Under the new code, the felony class and sentencing would still need to be determined.
STATUS
Signed into law by Gov. Rick Snyder on June 8, 2016. The law will go into effect on September 7, 2016.
