HB 4416 would eliminate the felony crime of disclosing confidential information regarding abortion.
Related Legislation
Tie-barred with HB 4417, which would amend abortion complication reporting requirements and make the crime of disclosing information regarding abortion a misdemeanor, rather than a felony.
Identical to SB 377, which failed to pass during the 2017-2018 legislative session.
