Full Bill Text
H 1506 would allow taxpayers to indicate on their tax returns that they do not want their income tax liability to be used to pay for abortion services. This portion of the taxpayer’s income tax liability would instead be deposited in a special account, separate and apart from the general fund.
Funds in the separate account would be used to develop and implement a public information program to inform the general public of so-called “baby safe havens.”
