Full Bill Text
LD 319 would expand Medicaid coverage for reproductive health care and family planning services to any person whose individual income is equal to or below 209% of the federal poverty line.
The bill would allow low-income women access to health care services such as pregnancy prevention, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infection or cancer and access to contraception.
STATUS
Similar to LD 1247, a bill that passed both the House and Senate during the 2013 session but was vetoed by Governor LePage.
