Full Bill Text
HB 251 would have required physicians performing abortions at abortion facilities to have admitting privileges at a local hospital and staff privileges to replace local hospital on-staff physicians. The bill would have required a physician to be board-certified or eligible in obstetrics and gynecology. HB 251 would also have required a staff member trained in CPR to be present in an abortion facility.
