Full Bill Text
SJR 9 proposes an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Iowa specifying that the constitution does not secure or protect a right to abortion or require the funding of abortion.
If adopted, the amendment would be referred to the next general assembly for adoption a second time before being submitted to the electorate for ratification.
