SB 388 would prohibit an agency of the state from contracting with or making a grant to abortion educators.
The bill defines “abortion educators” to mean any of the following entities engaged in training individuals to perform abortions or supervising individuals in the performance of abortions:
If any contract or grant is made to an abortion educator, the budget agency would need to make a determination that funds are not available, and terminate the contract or grant.
